- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in opening/closing procedures including store security protocols
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell products and build customer relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Un weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts with weekday flexibility)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Michigan Avenue location
