Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout stations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain organized, visually appealing displays and restock merchandise efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available for consistent Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Valid Texas ID for employment verification
- Reliable transportation to San Antonio retail location
