Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide a friendly, welcoming shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) using modern retail technology.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are your main requirements.
- Availability: Must be available to work primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is essential.
