Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure store presentation standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle customer returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Support promotional events and seasonal weekend campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
