What You'll Do:

- Store Operations: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and inviting sales floor.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow staff members to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process sales and manage transactions.
- Perform inventory tasks including stocking, facing merchandise, and organizing stockrooms.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
