Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization during off-peak hours.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly on weekends.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
