Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation is required.
