Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, handling transactions and returns efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work scheduled shifts.
