Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory through stock rotation and merchandising
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred for logistics support
