The Role:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store meets our high aesthetic standards.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago, IL location.
