Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia, PA location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
