Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal and product accessibility
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/shopping duties
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in ongoing product training programs
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to multiple El Paso locations
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Customer service mindset (retail experience a plus)
