Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards including display updates and stock organization
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and store maintenance activities
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and store presentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion/lifestyle products
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-16 hours weekly)
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Basic math proficiency for transactions and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
