Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and counters to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and team members.
- Assist in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
