Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Maintain store organization by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the floor management team to achieve daily sales targets and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have immediate availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
