Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale while handling cash and digital payments.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
- Opening/Closing: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
