Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation
- Manage inventory control through stock receiving and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and clean sales floor
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal events
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Philadelphia location
