Responsibilities
- Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and facing according to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Restock merchandise in the stockroom and transport goods to the sales floor efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions with speed and care.
- Assist with inventory counts and report stock discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego location.
