Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations to weekend shoppers
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Ensure store security and safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and some holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to 123 Ocean Avenue, Long Beach
