Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance with our product inventory to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Operations: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays and stock shelves according to visual merchandising standards to drive sales and product visibility.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor manager and other associates to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a passion for technology is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as stocking and moving merchandise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
