Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, organization, and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly while adhering to company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling transactions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store needs and promotions
- Positive attitude and passion for fashion/retail trends
- Must be 18+ years old
