Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service across all store departments
- Operate POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Process returns/exchanges while adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in weekend store opening/closing routines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for POS operations
- Team player with positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to Centennial Blvd location
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
