Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Transactions: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe by performing routine cleaning duties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure store goals are met during busy weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift light boxes (up to 20lbs), and move around the sales floor.
