Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets and promotional displays
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures including safety checks
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
