Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing various forms of payment.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandise markdowns as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
