As a Weekend Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with product selection to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct stock counts, organize merchandise displays, and restock shelves to ensure products are available and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and supervisors to achieve daily targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
- Sales Support: Ring up purchases accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and process returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, primarily on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
