Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude throughout Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Operations: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, and handle cash handling with precision.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts, price changes, and the management of backroom stock.
- Store Maintenance: Help maintain a safe shopping environment by adhering to safety protocols and store standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and staff.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds comfortably.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
