Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness to uphold our premium brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash and credit payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock needs or potential shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to execute visual merchandising plans and promotional events.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with assistance.
- Reliable transportation to the Market Street location.
