Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking displays, arranging products, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational excellence
- Participate in inventory management cycles including receiving, counting, and reconciling stock
- Adhere to all safety, loss prevention, and company compliance standards during operating hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday with flexible scheduling between 8 AM - 10 PM
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to Chicago store locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
