Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory stocking and merchandising displays
- Maintain clean, organized store environment and safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members during high-traffic weekend periods
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and patience
Qualifications
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
- 18+ years old (required for weekend alcohol handling if applicable)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
