Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and merchandise store displays to maximize visual appeal and sales
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols for optimal customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to management
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8-12 hours total)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte location
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
