Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and efficient checkout processes
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain pristine store conditions through organized displays, cleanliness standards, and safety compliance
- Process transactions accurately while upselling products to meet/exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with weekend teams to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Participate in weekly inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Adhere to company policies while representing LocalHire Weekly's brand values
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Strong math aptitude and POS system proficiency
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to multiple LA locations
- Basic knowledge of retail inventory management systems
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing store priorities
