Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Operate store equipment (e.g., scanners, price guns) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts weekly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation to assigned store location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and provide employment verification
