Responsibilities

- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an appealing store presentation
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold safety and compliance protocols during all store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Washington state driver's license if transporting store materials
- Background clearance required for handling cash and inventory
