Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers and assist with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock room organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
