Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and event setups for the weekend rush.
- Adhere to all safety standards and store policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York location.
