Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and tidy.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using our POS system.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
- Support store promotions and special events during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
