Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Execute merchandising tasks including restocking, planogram compliance, and visual presentation
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday availability
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
