Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales through team coaching, promotional execution, and customer engagement strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards while resolving complex inquiries and escalations
- Analyze weekend sales performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve targets
- Train and develop weekend staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Manage weekend store security, compliance, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong team-building and motivational skills with weekend staff experience
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer conflict resolution
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with weekday availability for meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
