Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations across 2-3 high-volume retail locations
- Drive sales through team coaching, inventory management, and promotional execution
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to boost loyalty
- Train and mentor 10-15 part-time staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Optimize weekend staffing schedules to maximize productivity
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend/holiday scheduling
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Exceptional customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekends, including holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
