Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Execute visual merchandising plans and store inventory management procedures
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues during peak weekend hours
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless store operations transition
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with weekend shift scheduling
- Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs and team performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure during high-traffic periods
- Proficient in retail management software and inventory systems
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
