Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and maintain store displays to reflect current trends and promotions
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment operations
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and handle returns/exchanges professionally
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work full-time schedule exclusively on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
