Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during Saturday/Sunday shifts (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Stock, organize, and merchandise products with visual flair
- Operate as brand ambassador through product knowledge demonstrations
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Unwavering weekend availability (required Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
