Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate daily sales records
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure store cleanliness according to visual standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless weekend operations and customer flow
- Assist with visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping environment
- Uphold company policies regarding security, safety, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must pass background check and drug screening
