Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment
- Maintain pristine store appearance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 10 AM-6 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid CA driver's license (for inventory runs)
- Previous high-volume retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of San Diego tourism market a plus
