Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service using the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Suggest, Thank)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards of sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Participate in visual displays and seasonal promotions
- Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible weekday hours may be required)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
