Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and personalized recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Support inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Passion for fashion, home goods, or our product category
