Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Lead and mentor 4-6 team members to achieve sales targets
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Monitor store security and loss prevention protocols
- Train new staff on brand standards and POS systems
- Analyze weekend sales data and report to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail supervisory experience required
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)
- Expertise in visual merchandising and inventory control
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to work independently in high-volume environments
- Valid driver's license for supply runs if needed
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays
