Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain visual standards and ensure product availability.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
