As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining a high standard of store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and displays accurately, ensuring merchandise is organized and well-presented.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts and replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and safe sales floor and stockroom environment at all times.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a computerized cash register.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
